if I had bought on the 11th after that fantastical announcement and then the deal just falls through as wojgy has supposedly been told by the company could happen then I'd be very unhappy and looking to see if the directors did all they are expected to do in such financing negotiations.
Won't be a good look for both the SP and companies reputation if this deal falls through.
