    Hi Ellbelle32 ...

    Big difference between Legal Advice on purchasing and Conflict of Interest, and Financial Advice on whether to buy or not, based on Share Price.

    I am sure the former, much more likely than the latter, based on his decision not to buy, and referring to Legal Advice.
