You can register as if you are a student, then commence a new dwelling project, then put your input measurements for your block and home size, floor areas, type of construction etc. On completion do a project report just before the final step of registering an official BASIX certificate. It will give you a score for thermal comfort, water and energy and tips for improvement. Hope this helps.
