    Not sure if this is such a great deal!

    I don't know much about SGL but aren't they debt ridden?Also there is community outrage in regards to there operations poluting water ect!

    Got to research this one before commenting!I hope everyone else is!

    QGC management are very competent so from that there is a element of confidence from myself with the takeover.
