ALLOT: CRP: Allotment of Shares
As previously advised Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited's (NZX: CRP) rights
issue was extremely well supported with $1,612,800 subscribed for out of a
maximum of approximately $2.1 million under the offer.
CRP has today allotted the rights issue shortfall of 3,670,690 shares to the
underwriter of the rights issue and its panel of sub-underwriters. Full
details of the allotment are set out below.
