I don't think any of us care about increasing the UNX bank balance, everyone is here for one reason - share price appreciation.

Good management can sell a bad asset, bad management can't sell a good asset... where does it look like we are sitting atm.

The presentation was very very ordinary and if they were at a investor forum (i.e. a mines and money / diggers and dealers) it would be the worst presentation in the room so Tweets is probably right, it would be laughed at...
