When cases go to court, I don't think anything is definite (in most cases).

Even if quasar or Ags believe they have a winnable case, there must be some doubt in their minds of the final outcome, hence they may take an offer if it is enticing enough rather than losing in court.

That is why I think it will be settled before it goes through the courts.

Agree the value of b4m is hard to determine though..
