Its only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it and considering the minority position Alliance finds itself in I highly doubt a billion would ever be on the table notwithstanding the potential of Heathgate losing the case.
I would like to think that if you were a greedy capitalist you would want a 100% of the spoils but nothing is ever that simple is it?
