It amazes me how you can be so sure of anything MD? BB have a history of making deals on the courthouse steps. We all know they want the whole thing, they treat us like they already own all of it. It makes sense that they would make an offer for our 25%. Even if AGS thinks they have a strong case, I'm sure they would sell if the price is right. AGS hasn't actually won a single case yet have they? What makes you think this one will be any different?
If you think AGS are so sure of getting back 100% in the court why is it that they haven't employed anyone who has uranium mining experience? AGS has no intention of mining this themselves imo. They are gold miners not uranium miners.
That was the reason why Maldon was taken out of AGS imo. A clean takeover of AGS by Heathgate would be the most likely option. And with Maldon owned by Octagonal IG gets to keep his gold mine.
