Bottom line is either Zuma signs and the 20% stands (Cels tenement is huge, 800000 acres , and potential so large that the 20% viewed in context of Cels position and market cap is more than factored in)or it gets sent back for a revision , either way shale gas is a priority of the government and Cel is one of only 3 beneficiaries. All we are talking about is timing , could be tomorrow or a month away but the end result is the same: Cel will be awarded an exploration right and a farm in is a foregone conclusion IMO.

For those holders who have been in the stock , a day,a week or even a month viewed in context aint going to make any difference to the final result ! It will happen , just a matter of sitting tight for now.
