So I was one of the unlucky ones who bought in at $40 before the tech sector turned to poo (thanks Motley Fool clowns for your "awesome" XRO, IRE, VED hot tips)

The strategic announcement today was very positive, was really happy with that. I'm not so great at interpreting quarterly earnings, is someone able to interpret this in layman's terms for the rest of us? :)

Am I correct in assuming that the positive announcement was listed at the same time as quarterlies to offset somewhat disappointing financial results?

Onwards and upwards! I wants my money back :(
