    Must say I am pretty chuffed I bought more yesterday.

    I think both companies will have a lot of news to come during the merger timeline, which will show shareholders in both companies that its a good fit.

    There are many details which have not been discussed yet, particularly the amount of Capex ROC and HZN will need over coming years. A combined entity will be able to meet those requirements better than 2 single entities.
