That, I would think, a bit of an understatement!
Most Aussi investors probably won't have a clue as to the significance of what's going on here ...but a good start might be Googling Hon Hai Precision Industry Co Ltd (Foxconn Tech).
To have Foxconn taking a near 20% stake, plus a significant Board presence (2 Directors), suggests a deep melding of LAT/mig33 into the Foxconn group.
Just getting one's Apps into billions of newly-minted handsets can't be a bad thing, but a structural integration with one of the world's major multinational electronics manufacturing companies, with all the grunt that brings, cannot be trivialised.
