As far as I concern, and for my own investment, I am not worry what's going to happen to QGC's SP on Monday or on the next few weeks IF THE TAKEOVER BID GOES AHEAD.

I'm pretty happy and confident with Cottee's and Bryan's move...
QGC is getting a bargain IMHO... SGL is a downhill managed company with good resources....

Here's a chance to QGC to get this "bargain" and turn it around. Consequently bring QGC's market capitalization and profits to the better levels... I don't mind if with the placement and with the take over the SP goes a bit lower...it's my chance to accumulate more and lock it away for future profits :)))

By 2008, QGC's gas fields will be supplying 10% of Queensland's gas market, with between 154 PJ and 224 PJ of gas under contract for supply over 10 years from 2006.

QGC expects to commence gas deliveries from its Berwyndale South gas field in April 2006. Construction of the gas processing plant and pipeline is well advanced and 16 of the planned 25 wells had been drilled by mid January 2006.

IMHO, this is a good investment for QGC and for it's shareholders, and also a chance for the SGL holders that got burned to be part of this new investment....

I'm very positive and think 2006/2007 will bring lot's of goodies for QGC....and it's shareholders....

Please do your won research and good luck
