We can't be sure of anything MD but with IG owning 88 million shares you would hope he would be trying to get the highest price possible if it comes down to a sale.
As for you not knowing how they could put a value on it, aren't projects sold all the time without the lease being fully drilled out? I don't think this would be unusual. Guess they could factor in a small premium for potential?
Brings up another point that you might like to explain. If they aren't considering a buyout why all the urgent drilling taking place at the moment? What is the rush, they already have at least 20 yrs worth of the deposits defined. To me it looks like they are going for a valuation. And what is the reason for getting a valuation?
