    PDY and Gary Stokes are the ones to sue

    Whatever cash PDY has plus proceeds from the sale of their iron ore deposit plus sale of IP plus Gary Stokes personal wealth...

    Should get shareholders back most of their money.

    PDY and gary in liquidation and funds distributed between people that bought post announcement seems like the fairest outcome.

    Roland is for ASIC and the police to investigate.
