Good question but answer is something holders won't like as release cuts both ways and notice it still insists on confidentiality, why - because GS does not want the details of agreement to get out, like having to come up with 20% etc.

This alone is very damning on the PDY board, why was it withheld from original release, no one will know details now as they have conveniently buried it.

Time for ASIC to pursue them and give all concerned a serious spanking!
