The biggest problem here as i see it is this...

Any of us small shareholders could find ourselves buying on an announcement on any given day...

Are we now not to trust any announcment..

What are the regulators doing (ASX and ASIC).

What has our sharemarket turned into..

You cant blame mum and dads for selling on that "6 BILLION DOLLAR DAY" as well..they too were only following THE ANNOUNCEMENT..THIS IS A COMPLETE MESS..

If this is allowed to go on and be swept under the carpet, then i would make a stand as this is totally unacceptable to announce this and then come out with this lame announcement tonight.
Where was the money, was there a deal, why was a hairgrowth guy mentioned and nothing tonight...
