Warnie what is your opinion on the position of existing holders. It is all very well to say those that bought shares on the 11th have lost money (and they have). But as a long term holder I decided not to sell on the 11th based on that announcement. In particular the "funding secured" and "no shareholder dilution" appealed to me and I believed the SP would go higher as the deal was executed. So based on the announcement I chose not to sell that day. The point is I was equally misled by the announcement and my opportunity cost of not selling is real. So if you take into account others like myself the value of the action could a lot higher than $8million. Do you think existing holders who did not sell based on the annoucement also have a case???
