And I suspect you are right about the locals being against it. It's a tough call because Port Headland is a long way from Ungani-probably about the same distance as Derby.

Wherever the export facility ends up, they still need a production licence if they want to be producing significant volumes going into 2015. I wonder how that's going? Reading between the lines, not too well.

Still plenty of spin, and not much substance in this report. I wonder what they will be saying this time next_ year?
