I sincerely hope you are thinking aloud and bear no hope in what you are thinking. CITIC is over stretched with the cost blowout in their other IO project.

I am surprised no one speculating that ASX were busily auditing the share transaction 3 days leading into the TH. Everyone knows that Bleyer with his track record would be improbable to raise that kind of serious monies so the only Q is what incentive is there for someone to sign some kind of funding arrangement with PDY. I can only think of one and that is financial incentive through stock trading pre-news, all my own speculative opinion. You can see 3 days pre-news the price were rising strongly although the trend has been up even before that. I will assume that if any deal was hatched it wasn't done on some pre-dinner drinks and set in motion the next day. This is my speculation and a good learning exercise in the future when reacting to highly improbable new release and not get sucked in by sheer $$ sign.
