Kfann - Noble Energy received the first of the three rigs to be built not that long ago - ie in last 2 months - have not been able to find out what has happened with that rig - it was going to the Mexico gulf but that is all I have heard - if we can find out it may give us a lead on what to expect with the second rig bound for us.
