Had to be expected.
Only problem with that is it's non renounceable.
Holders with 60k shares are up for AU40,000 plus.
Not many would want to part with that kind of money so the old routine might follow with an overhang in the market which would in turn lead to massive shorting by the instos that would need to participate.
So they coudn't get a placement away?
More dilution coming up for holders but they had no option.
Would it have to be underwritten?...not sure but will find out soon if the case.
