Oh that's right, for a brief moment there I forgot that the NRDC and Viviano used light and dust as red herrings to obtain legal standing only. So she will have to choke on the dust and put up with the light (not that there was ever going to be any impact from the plant).
Still IMO, a farsical legal approach that legal standing can be granted on this basis then other aspects that were not granted for legal standing become the main contentions.
Can't wait to see how they show water migrating/flowing uphill. That will be special indeed...Grouse even...
