Looking realestate.com at the Perth rental market, quite a few flashy of inner city apartments asking $700/wk plus sitting on the market. Surely these aren't targeting the poorer folks of Perth.
I guess that tells you the landlord can sak whatever they want..doesnt mean they are going to get it..
