Correction Neptune, SYR talked about a "quality unsealed road" that in the light of day has morphed into, according to SYR, a "goat track" - but you keep pretending it's my description, lol.
You have to agree, that was a pretty silly thing to include in the quarterly.
unawares, maybe the TON CEO was right about the two river crossings/bridges that are required to be built by SYR? Time will tell, lol.
