This will appear as a trading question but I don't remember there being any buyer's at 0.001 for someone to sell down too. I think the volume that went through was someone buying.(please correct me if Im wrong)
I caught the tail end of a promo by microsoft on their promotion of the cloud technology and data work etc on the tech program on sky business.
