You don't need a TH for good results to be announced. Good results can be announced any time. This Rule is often misunderstood.

A TH is appropriate where the person who should sign the Report is unavailable and the info is material (ie is likely to be price-sensitive) or the genie has escaped from the bottle (ie material news escapes to the market before the report is ready).

However,a TH can be used for theatrical effect regardless of the situation, and often is imo. 'Geez, a trading halt - something important is going on; I'd better keep an eye on this.' A scene is set!

There has been no TH here, so no genie gone, no absent Competent Person, no theatre. Conclusion? Nothing to report!

Why no speeding ticket then? Some companies get pinged whilst others don't. In the meantime there are winners and losers.

This is a bad look for both the company and the ASX imo.

Add to that the unsubstantiated skyrockets being launched by Arlberg about other Ent happenings (alleged that is)and behold there is a(n) euphoric wonderland in front of us.

I politely asked Alberg to provide more info about the IGO involvement, but there has been no response so far. C'mon Alberg, walk the walk! You seem to know something - or is it bluster!
