Bermuda stated before it was obvious someone was trying to control the sp.
Do you believe that M&G are just fools that not only sold out without discussion with the company but shorted the stock while they flooded the market with 22 million shares?
Then if they wanted to push the price as low as they possably can to make a quid shorting they then decide we will sell the last 12 million to someone off market at a price they have deliberately pushed down.
Why not keep shorting themselves there and then if that was their aim.
I will tell you why because others had started to buy at the $1.37 and they would not have pushed it lower just sacrificed 12 million shares.
So what they did (whoever m&g work for ) was store the shares away in 3 or 4 accounts so no one knows who had control of them.
Obviously if they had nothing to hide they would not hide behind these accounts.
So if not done for shorting it was all done to push the sp down.(Im sure it wasnt done to pass a boring week).
Also if not a takeover (very unlikely) then it to to hurt,delay or even stop the developement at Rocklands.
As you keep saying and reminding (scaring or trying to) shareholders how much cash have they got in the bank and how long will it last.
Its funny how governments in the past have had destabilising elements in the background creating a bit of fear and confusion then these same elements tell everyone how they will save them and fix the problems.
I wonder who around the area would like to be our saviour if we needed a bit of cash later and would look after us by buying our shares nice and cheaply?
Anyway you can say whatever you want but someone wants CDU and they were willing to partner with M&G and have a go.
