can it be Southam? wheres the notice of an increase in substantial holdings? or is it not required... i tend to think it was the guy/s that pumped the sp to 11c then sold part of a position. check for changes in top 20 . there are a few before and after the action of a few months ago. thwy will be pumping again after thecap raising. and with good reason...
