    $1 mil in the bank, $1 mil on ERM overdraft, $1.4 mil projected income and forecast expenses of $4.7 mil.. Where does the $1.3 mil shortfall come from?

    ERM, Wharf, ATO, sell something, cap raise?

    and what happens next qtr.?

    Current market cap of $50 mil... good investment or value trap...
