I have never held a position with this stock, so first up sorry to all holders who have lost out from this complete balls up.

On the issue of a class action, ASIC can and sometimes does prosecute actions against directors criminally and civilly. I used to work form it and it will only do so in this case if it sees a public interest in doing so - which means ALL holders who have lost out must write to ASIC asking it to take action. If ASIC feels the weight of numbers it will act.

Also note that action could be taken against the company and each director individually. So it may not necessarily lead to the Company's insolvency.
