Like tcf said as well this company has big dreams and big plans and if they had far more money than they do they might be able to handle it all themselves and see it through to conclusion.
But based on their financials they need revenue and in the not too distant future. Revenue streams are clearly 24months or greater away at the minimum end of the spectrum.
They will have to be bought on. Can't do it by themselves, which one would hope was not their ultimate aim.
