OBL will be one of the beneficiaries of a 3D seismic survey funded by the State Government’s Exploration Incentive Scheme (EIS), involving a 700km seismic survey along the Great Northern Highway and the Gibb River Road, from 150km north of Port Hedland to 120km east of Derby.

3D seismic survey will commence mid to late May and will pass through the main part of the Derby Block a few weeks later (and earlier than I expected).
