I think we are definately up for sale now.

The wording has now changed - the initial offer "manifestly inadequate", if I've remembered the phrase correctly. Now it is softened to "does not represent fair value for the Company". The former is a long way from acceptance whereas the latter, isn't ('d still love $1 though).

The ad has gone out that we are for sale. Our GSA contract equates to $8.50/GJ. That is what the market has been wanting to know more definatively rather than to just speculate about.

Volume has dropped away considerably.

Hopefully there will be more to come.
