TBE, I have a slightly different understanding on this. What you said is too good to be true...

IMO Syniverse is just a solution provider however not network builder. According to their website,

    http://www.syniverse.com/files/service_solutions/pdf/direct_operator_billing_08131.pdf

Syniverse's DOB system enables mobile users to be directly charged through mobile billing rather than credit card. So say you wanna buy Angry Birds on your phone however don't want to upload your credit card info, then you get an option of adding this charge towards your end-of-month mobile billing, which minimises the risk of engaging internet credit card scam.

So today's announcement doesn't open up a new gate for MBE (that's why it is not price sensitive), rather it expands the business possibilities of MBE to those end users without or unwilling to use a credit card online (like my father), so in the long term this should be good.

Correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway it is still a positive ann as it shows the management is working on improving the system and expanding the markets.

In addition, this accumulation has been going on for months (sorry QQQ, I do believe there is manipulation going on, you will have the same conclusion if you watch the day trades close enough), as I said it is accumulation not distribution (it is a ridiculously low price level for distribution!!), plus maybe a bit shakeout. They accumulate for a reason, in the end of day it will go up, just have more patient.

    All IMO, please DYOR.
