Ntu's 92% mixed rare earth oxide contains 61.6% Yttrium
Yttrium may appear to be problematic but even my worst case Chinese domestic prices has Yttrium providing only 8% of revenues.
Fundamentally Wolverine would be a Dysprosium mine.
Browns Range appears to be profitable at any current Chinese domestic prices. Eg. Dy at $273 kg and Y at $8.65 Kg
Even allowing for a $20 Kg discount (30%)for a Mreo and $30 Kg production costs
