Conman, good to hear that it is very popular in NZ. Had the stock on my watchlist for a long time and finally bought some this week.
For what it is worth, I understand CBA (17/3/2014) has an Overweight and PT of $ 4.08 (AUD), trading around $ 3.80 atm.
Morningstar (19/2/2014 and 5/05/2014) has a fair value estimate of NZD 4.40 (trading at NZD 4.07 atm).
Correct me if I'm wrong :) .
