This would be the best path but it is very difficult for a small mining operation to get a loan. It takes quite a bit of time and you usually have to have pre-sold gold organised amongst other conditions. That is why most look for partnerhips or issue shares. Based on RMXs history I think they will take the easier faster approach. Maybe investors are factoring this in and why the share price is grovelling around 1.2c.
