lack of chatter in the press makes me think we are talking trade sale / cornerstone investor here.
usually a $200m or so issue would have underwriters ringing everyone and story would be out now ( be it success or failure ) given its been a few days without widespread coverage i doubt it is still the main game ( not writing it off , just lowering probability )
so , who could it be if they do take on a cornerstone investor ? the dutch ?
