I am out. Its not that they sold some shares that concerns me , its the magnitude they sold and the fact they all sold They are likely to be replaced in the futire with performance shares or options

although i agree directos selling is not alwasy indicative of SP direction, this is a company tha we are valuing theoretically on potentila future reveneue

I will wait to see how thing settle and may re enter
