As far as shareholders as funders go I suggest you re-read that shareholder letter and then perhaps put in a call to Mt Kellett Capital Management LP on +1 (212) 588-6100 and ask them how they went in this raising as far as their “rankin” goes as Bond Holders.
Then maybe you could phone your school/university and see if they are accepting takesy backsies on their “certificates”.
LOL.
And before you all jump the gun, Mt Kellett’s conversion price adjustment (whatever it will be) is in my view largely academic. I would suugest that Lynas will be working on staggered debt maturies on the full 440m by the time June 2016 comes around. No co-incidence that the debt maturies line up. Makes wholesale restructure easier to streamline.
