In case you missed the finer details, retail holders can receive their entitlement shares the same time as instos (12 May) rather than next month by Bpaying today or possibly tomorrow (funds must be received by 8 May). The holder's unique BPay number is available in the TCL documents section on the (much improved) Computershare website.
But PLEASE do not rush into your decision. There is risk here. The acquisition was pricey, and at least one analyst (Morningstar) recommends skipping (rejecting) this offer. However, TCL and some analysts explain that 27x earnings is the going rate, and TCL argues that they can significantly improve earnings and cash flow through synergies and efficiencies.
