IMHO, if u must have a punt, you've got do it for yourself.

What I can tell you is: TELE-IP LIMITED is a company that has been at $0,70(year 2000) in one stage....and now, since 2003, the company has been working hard to go back to levels and market capitalisation they had years ago.
