The 4 or so you "hold" and comment on look woeful. Ryan, you are like most that come over here to state how naïve property investors are yet usually only have enough saved to play risky spec punts in the hope of the big win.
Many of us positive property people that still make money from this asset own businesses or several, have been doing it a long time, and use spare cash to "play" with the market.
I have recently moved our aggressive super funds to mostly cash after 2-3 years of outstanding gains. locking them in.
I am also up 40% average in 2014 over 4 stocks I stated would perform. Play money. All in these threads. We are all not one trick ponies.
But a big correction is just around the corner, and the US is very toppy imo. Property will hold up much better than most of the stocks the bears profess will outdo us all.
Actually so far, this has been proven multiple times on here also.
