If it was a clear-cut case where a JV partner was voted down and in breach of their voting rights, this would have ended long ago.
My gut feeling is that Wharf want back in without the liability of what ever they disagreed with. Argument probably based on some precedents in equity law. If they win the case, then they will rejoin the JV with somewhat less owing than some here would wish for.ERM must have sympathized with them initially, but not on what Wharf are now demanding. (long battle ahead)
