Would have wondered where you went to school if you think that dilution occurs after the record date? I was previously corrected as i thought the record date would not have been immediate but checked that it was the 2nd of May. And just as a have written this message,
2 and a half million shares filled up buy at 13c, surely in the stock market with all your experience you dont think a stock with no negative news would fall 10% day after day for 2 weeks?
