Offering those "lucky" shareholders the chance to buy (at the same price those lucky insto's did) at $4.60...extending the offer to 30/5/14...
Ummm, sorry but your shareholders can read and know how to use the ASX website to fetch the quote for GEM and discover that they can receive a price some 8% cheaper...
Hardly acting in the 'best-interests' of shareholders..
All IMO of course.
