The extension to the SPP is a sign they may be short but also a sign they expect price could rebound. I don't know why the halt was needed though as the previous announcement seemed to explain it all?
With EPS forecast to be well into the 20s in 2015 $4.20 looks conservative to me. Dividends approaching 20c a year also.
Very defensive and stable revenue streams.
As mentioned though they need to just chill a bit and let everything bed down, ABS grew too fast and look at them!
Plus you never know what is around the corner re global markets so a huge collapse could drag SP down and trigger covenants etc.
