Agree worzel1. That is what is holding the SP back.
I think, however, that the TBR/ RND companies are now stuck with a bad smell that many investors, once doing a bit of research would shy away from. This Iron Ore option smacks of potentially siphoning cash out of RND/ TBR to Director related entities.
I can certainly see a scenario under which NST would make an offer for 49% of the EKJV especially prior to the Pegasus upside being fully understood/ disclosed to external parties.
